What the website collects

Nothing you have to type in: there are no forms and no sign-ups. We use no analytics, advertising or profiling tools.

Like every website, the hosting server (Aruba S.p.A.) logs some technical data for security: IP address, requested page, date and time. They protect the site from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are not used to identify you.

When you write or call us

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we use your name, number and message only to reply and handle your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them as long as the booking requires and share them with no one.

WhatsApp is a Meta service: when you use it, its own privacy rules apply as well.

Cookies

The pages of this website use no cookies. The only cookie is a technical one for the restaurant's private admin panel, which visitors never see. That is why we ask for no consent.

The map, the fonts and external links

The fonts are served from our own server: opening a page sends nothing to Google. The Google map in the “Find us” section only loads if you tap “Show the map”; from then on Google's privacy policy applies.

Links to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube take you off this website, where those services' own rules apply.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to it (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Just write to the email address above. If you believe your data is mishandled, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority: garanteprivacy.it.
